Biography:

 

Quality handmade cards, pictures, novelty items. Techniques used Parchment craft, Iris Folding, Decoupage, Stencilling, stamping, etc. Cards have decorative pearlescent inserts. Demonstrates parchment at shows. Commissions welcome Hilary shows her work at craft fairs and will give talks and demonstrations to small groups.
